Bearcat Bounce, LLC does not share your information with a third party. Your contact or financial information is only handled by the owner and upper management. Drivers are only given access to your address at the time of delivery and pick-up. All information is kept confidential.
Rentals:
Rental Hours: The cost of the rental listed on the website is for a 24 hour maximum time frame for private parties. If you would like to rent any equipment for more than that, please be aware there will be an hourly charge of $50 for each additional hour or hours outside of our normal deliver/pick-up times. Drop off is normally between 7am - 12pm the day of the event unless specified by the client, Monday - Saturday.
Sundays: We are currently doing Saturday drop offs and Sundays for pick-up. If you are needing equipment for a church event, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery day. Minimum order may apply depending on location as we will need to send someone to pick up on Monday.
Travel Fees: Any deliveries further than 30 miles from the warehouse will result in a minimum of a $50 travel fee added on.
Hours of Operation are also Seasonal due to sunset times:
March - October: Pickups are no later than 8pm. Additional hours outside pickup times are charged ($50/hour).
November- February: Pickups are no later than 6pm. Additional hours outside pickup times are charged ($50/hour).
We do offer multi-day rentals for an additional charge.
Same-day rentals: We cannot guarantee any availability for same day rentals.
Deposits: We no longer accept cash deposits. To hold a reservation, you must provide a 50% deposit on a credit card. We must have this deposit on file 48 hours before your event. If you are an organization, such as a school, church or corporation, for accounting purposes, you may make special arrangements for payment. We understand, especially for churches and schools, providing a credit card is not always possible.
Cancellations:
Please be certain of your date/event before making the reservation. Deposits are made to secure our sales and are non-refundable. The styles of houses are limited and may be in high demand.
We understand there are special emergency circumstances that arise and cancellations are a possibility sometimes. Please contact us and we can make a reasonable arrangement.
In a situation where a driver shows up at location and there is a no show or refusal, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the card on file.
It is the clients' responsibility to review the confirmation receipt to make sure the date and all information is correct. We are not responsible for any uncommunicated changes or unwanted discrepancies from self-service ordering. Confirmation contact will be made.
Inclement weather:
1) a Raincheck will be issued if weather is determined to be an issue within 24 hours of the event. Rainchecks can be applied within 12 months of the original event date.
2) For safety reasons, we will not set up in sustained winds of more than 20 mph.
3) For safety reasons, we will not deliver/setup in rain due to the risk of slipping or electric shock.
4) We will not deliver if the roads are icy. Please note that if there is a chance of freezing precipitation, Bearcat Bounce reserves the right to pick up the unit early or cancel the event as frozen precipitation can damage the units.
Information needed:
Please make sure you provide a working phone number that accepts calls and has available voicemail and text. We will attempt text messages to notify you of our arrival for drop off and pick up. If we are unable to contact you prior to delivery for confirmation and delivery time, we will not complete the order. If all attempts at confirmation fail then charges will be made to the card on file accordingly.
